Pricing questions
Why don't you list exact prices yet?
Fees depend on channels, catalogue size and the support level you need. We'd rather give you a written quote that fits than a headline number that doesn't. Published starting prices are on our roadmap.
Are ad spend and commissions included?
No. Ad spend, creator commissions, samples, software and marketplace fees are paid by you directly and are never marked up.
Is there a long contract?
Audits and sprints are one-off. Retainers have a three-month minimum so there's time to see the effect of changes, then continue month to month.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. Fees are agreed up front, so our advice isn't tied to pushing gross sales at the expense of margin.
