Who we are

CartKeel ("we") provides e-commerce operations and consulting services. Islamabad, Pakistan · working remotely with sellers worldwide.

What we collect

When you submit a form: your name, business email, store URL, marketplace, sales range, challenge, goals and any message you write, plus the page and campaign that brought you to the site.

Calculators and assessments run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.

If you accept analytics, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and buttons clicked.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare proposals and deliver services you've agreed to. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Legal basis

We process form data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and analytics data only with your consent.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery, workflow automation and hosting providers, under agreements that protect your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and legal obligations.
